This Week’s Favorite Vegan Things!
Excuse the hodge podginess of this post, but hey, I like a bunch of random, awesome sh*t. So, just sit back and enjoy (and feel free to share some of your favorite vegan/funny/awesome/glamorous things in the comments section below). 😉
F*cking Delicious Cutting Board by Dave of Cutting Boredom, $50 – Ok, this is hands down the sassiest/’tude-iest, and easily one of the most beautiful, hand-crafted gems in my kitchen. I saw this on Etsy one day and immediately fell in love. Do yourself a favor and visit Cutting Boredom’s Etsy page… you’re gonna want IT ALL. All of Dave’s boards are quirky/meme-y/LOLZ-y, super high quality, and definite conversation pieces. Come Xmas time, all my homies are gettin’ cutting boards from this guy!
DJ Pizza Cat Belt Buckle from Skippy Fantastic, $13 – This belt buckle combines all of my favorite things: cats, pizza, music, space, and glitter! I don’t even wear belts but I’m gonna start doing so now because such badass supergalictic meowful awesomeness needs to be flaunted. All the time.
Too Faced Born This Way Foundation, $39 – Lots of buzz on the internet about this oil-free foundation that “masterfully diffuses the line between makeup and skin.” It promises coverage so undetectable, you can’t see the makeup and you can’t see imperfections. Worth the hype? Yasssssssss! It covers all my blotchiness and redness with the tiniest amount, and I love that it’s lightweight and natural looking. It’s buildable, too, so you can have as much coverage as you like. It’s available in 12 shades which is quite lovely as well.
Pixie Mood Steph Bag | Chevron + Neon Pink, $70 – Pixie Mood is a 100% vegan (and PETA approved) handbag company based in Toronto. Their bags have a charming, retro stye and are absolutely adorbs! This pink chevron beauty is one of my all-time fave handbags EVAH! That’s saying a lot, too, because I have a HUGE collection of purses. It’s roomy, has lots of pockets and compartments, and it comes with an adjustable shoulder strap. More than anything though, it’s just so stinkin’ CUTE (nicely priced, too)!
100% Pure Luminous Primer, $45 – I took a hiatus from primes a lil’ while back (lazy & couldn’t find one I was nuts about), but after trying this 100% Pure one, all is right in the world again… or at least on mah face! This primer perfectly smooths out fine lines and it isn’t heavy or pore-cloggy. In fact, the ingredients in this bad boy are actually super beneficial for your skin – it contains red wine resveratrol, vitamins, and antioxidants (wrinkle fighters, y’all!). Pretty much the best makeup primer ever.
, $7.99 – This line of affordable bath & body products is made with premium grape seed oil and other naturally derived ingredients loaded with botanicals, vitamins, antioxidants. Love that it’s cruelty-free, paraben-free, and sulfate-free to boot. The rosy lavender scent ain’t bad either. 😉 Available on walgreens.com & drugstore.com. Note: Not all of their products are vegan, so please read individual product labels.
Your turn! What are you diggin’ this week? xo
